Every API surface this lab uses, probes, or audits — in one searchable shelf. Each entry carries its evidence grade: live-verified means we called it and watched the counters move; documented means it comes from the vendor’s own docs or OpenAPI spec; candidate means it’s under audit and nothing here is claimed yet. No endpoint gets a grade it hasn’t earned.
